The Problem

Littler wanted to deliver their 2021 Executive Employer Conference on a virtual platform to over 15,000 attendees. They needed to integrate Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits and deliver this as a customized, white-labeled event over the course of 3 days with a combination of pre-recorded, OnDemand and live event sessions. They also needed an Event Services team to handle the technical aspects of the platform, customer support, and event organization. 

The Solution

BeaconLive built out a highly customized virtual expo environment including custom-built registration forms for both internal employees and external clients / attendees. BeaconLive built breakout sessions, roundtable networking and event sessions that were white-labeled with event sponsor & exhibitor branding. BeaconLive's in-house event services team moderated all 135 event sessions and our platform automatically accredited users with their respective CLE credits.
