OnDemand: How to Enhance Adult Learning by Integrating Outcomes Questions into Your Instructional Design

With all the emphasis on collecting outcomes data from educational interventions, sometimes we force questions on our learners and demand their answers in ways that are awkward and cumbersome. Optimally-worded pre, post, evaluation, and follow-up questions can facilitate and enhance adult learning when they are integrated as part of the instructional design.

In this complimentary webinar, CME expert Derek T. Dietze provides practical tips on how to integrate your outcomes assessment questions into your instructional design to enhance adult learning. Key takeaways include:

  • Assessing your own approach to outcomes: when, where, and how you ask questions. Does this aid adult learning?
  • Reviewing how outcomes questions affect your learners.
  • Identifying strategies and opportunities to integrate outcomes questions into your instructional design.
