Letter to Readers

One of the most popular sections on our website is the resource area. All of our resources--from our articles to our white papers to the archive of this newsletter--are free. Why do we offer this? Simple. We want to see you succeed with your live events.

Our white papers continue to be our most popular offering out of all the resources. We like to think that's because they're reader friendly and filled with practical advice, tips, and strategies that you can use right away.

Which brings us to this month's newsletter: an announcement of our latest free white paper. Read about it below, and simply click on the link and you'll be taken to our site where you can download it.

We also have some recent product enhancements to BeaconLive WEB that we'd like to share with you:

  • We've added compatibility test buttons to the login page. This allows attendees and hosts to easily check the minimal system requirements.
  • We've given speakers and hosts the ability to easily upload pictures of themselves. These pics can be seen by the audience throughout the presentation.
  • Our enhanced chat functionality allows attendee questions to be shown in a unique tab so it's not mixed in with the other general chat session messaging.
  • You can archive the Q&A questions generated through chat and have them show up on reports for easy post-event follow up with the attendees.

So what's the best way to get your attendees to act? By creating a memorable webinar experience before, during, and after the event. Learn four strategies for doing so brilliantly and seamlessly by clicking here to download our free white paper. (Or click on the image below.)
