Pre-event speaker orientations and "dry runs"
Pre-event calls are scheduled about a week before the live event. Your dedicated Account Manager and moderators will work closely with you and your speakers to make sure everyone is comfortable with the technology and event logistics. Ideas and suggestions based on years of experience running events is shared to make sure the call runs exactly how you want it with maximum effectiveness.

Your registrants who call into the event within the U.S. incur no long-distance telephone charges. International toll-free numbers are also available.

Multiple Call Access Options
Your attendees can access the call however you wish. Whether with a live operator, a unique valid PIN (identifies the attendee) or with a quick PIN (no attendee ID), BeaconLive can set up the call the way you want.

Live Operators and Moderators on every call
BeaconLive Operators and Moderators are specifically trained for your events. They specialize in making sure your call goes smoothly so you don't have to. They are also trained to make your calls interactive which increases the success and repeat customer rate of your calls.

Registration Services
BeaconLive creates a customized online conference registration web page for you and will host on our secure server. This service is complete with credit card processing, conference confirmation and reminder emails, payment reminders, handout distribution, and post-conference surveys. You can use this site to advertise events on your web site and link from that site directly to a registration form or use it to send out conference materials and post-conference surveys. You can customize your registration page with your logos, conference description, and different price points. You can also include pre-conference survey questions to collect information about demographics, interests and more!

New Feature - Promotion Codes. You can use different promotion codes on the registration site to offer incentives for your attendees to join and track which ones create the greatest success for you. We'll provide detailed feedback and analysis on different promotion codes when you use them.

Electronic Document Delivery
Similar to BeaconLive's Registration Services but you collect the payment. Everything else is done by us including conference confirmation and reminder emails, payment reminders, handout distribution, and post-conference surveys.

Interactive Q & A sessions
The more interactive your event is the more effective it is. Attendees of your events will have the ability to ask the speaker their question directly. To maintain the calls integrity, the moderator takes them out of listen only mode to ask their question and places them back in for the speakers answer.

Interactive Polling
It's important that you learn from your audiences. You can do this by creating specific questions and running polls where your attendees can place their votes on various topics during the event. Generally the poll questions you ask are in yes/no, true/false or multiple choice format.

Customized greetings and commercials / recordings
We can customize live greetings for your operator assisted events or create recorded prompts, greetings and commercials for your PIN access calls. You choose when and how often they are played and BeaconLive will set up the system so it plays at your request.

Help desk support
In addition to your team of dedicated professionals, our Customer Service Department and IT HelpDesk are also available to assist your registrants. The calls are constantly monitored and if one of your registrants experiences a problem we are prepared to resolve the problem immediately.

Recordings
We utilize state of the art recording technology and record all events by default. These are available within 48 hours of the call. We can provide these to you in any format you wish and can send to you in a CD or to your FTP site. Once provided to you they are yours to make available in a variety of methods.

Post call reports
You will receive an attendance report showing who connected and for how long for each event. These can be customized into any format that makes sense for you.
