We realize that when critical technical issues occur on an audio conference or webinar, communication is key. In order to keep our customers up to date during one of these situations, BeaconLive has implemented a new Emergency Procedure which is intended to communicate status updates as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In the event of an emergency, affected customers will receive a phone call or email (whichever your preferred method of contact) which will provide real-time status updates and instructions. This message will also direct you to a BeaconLive website dedicated to emergency communication. As we receive more information, we will relay as many details as possible as quickly as possible via the emergency website as well as by phone and/or email.
